After just two and a half weeks up on the sales market, this tiny Noyack cottage in the Bay View Oaks community has found a buyer. With only 540 square feet of living space, the two-bedroom, two-bath home was one of the smallest detached homes available for sale in the Hamptons—but it went into contract quickly.

According to the price history on Zillow, the property listed for sale on February 13 for $650,000, and found a buyer on March 2—giving it just 17 days on the market under Douglas Elliman Real Estate agent, Robert Pace.

Built in 1956, the renovated cottage has hardwood floors, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and updated bathrooms. Outside, the property has exterior decking and private beach rights. On a quarter of an acre of land, the tiny beach cottage could be expanded.
