What/Where: A waterfront home in south-of-the-highway Bridgehampton on Kellis Pond.
Size: 7,000 square feet, 2.25 acres.

Built in 2013, this week’s PriceSpotter is a Bridgehampton home sited on over two acres with direct water frontage on Kellis Pond.

The home stands 7,000 square feet with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. Interiors include a welcoming entry foyer, a wide open floor plan and a fireplace in the living room.

The gourmet kitchen not only has stainless steel appliances, but also a brick pizza oven. As far as dining space is concerned, there’s center island seating in the eat-in kitchen, a formal dining space, a breakfast nook, and screened-in porch and covered patios on the exterior that can also be used for lounging or entertaining.
