What $100K rents you in Westhampton this summer

Even though this property is a bit over the budget that we set for today’s column, we figured we would still include this Dune Road home because it’s directly on the bay with a 21-foot deep water dock and a boat slip. The downside is that the interiors need some remodeling, and we’re thinking that the photos probably aren’t doing the space justice.

In 2,364 square feet, there are five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, plus two fireplaces, updated bathrooms, and a billiards room.

This waterview Westhampton home has 2,600 square feet of living space, hosts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and has a great heated gunite pool and deck area that’s perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the nice summer weather.

Other features include an open floor plan, an inlet boat dock, a spiral staircase, and a double-height great room with walls of windows that allow tons of natural light.

635 Dune Road: $95K

The largest home we’re featuring stands 3,000 square feet in size with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It’s also the least expensive, and the only one that’s oceanfront. There’s an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, entertainment deck, and an outdoor barbecue.

It’s also available for shorter terms, which would cost you $20,000 for the month of June, $40,000 for July, and $45,000 for August to Labor Day.
