What/Where: A ranch-style home for rent from August to Labor Day in Sag Harbor.
Size: 1,500 square feet, 0.33 acres.
Curbed is having readers guess the summer rental price of this cozy, light-filled Sag Harbor ranch-style home from 1960. Even though it was built nearly 60 years ago, the home was completely renovated in 2012, making the interiors look brand new.
In 1,500 square feet, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and high-end fixtures and marble floors in the bathrooms. French doors lead to a bluestone patio and landscaped gardens that surround a gunite pool.
The shingled home features large windows that bring in lots of light, hardwood floors, and clean, crisp white walls throughout.
Unfortunately, the home isn’t available for the whole season. It’s available for the month of July, and August to Labor Day—which is the rental period we’re having readers guess the asking price for.
Located on the Brush Neck peninsula of Sag Harbor, the property is walking distance to village shops and restaurants, and just a five-minute walk to nearby bay beaches.
