Originally built in 1980, the renovated modern farmhouse sited at 26 Talmage Farm Lane in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton has listed under Rima Mardoyan Smyth of Douglas Elliman Real Estate for $2.85 million. On 3.6 acres of land, there’s plenty of space for you—and your horses—to stretch out, as the property features a five-stall horse barn that recently received a new roof and new electric.

Much of the property is currently host to an organic farm, but as the listing suggests, it can “easily be transformed into a horse pasture, meadow, or sculpture garden.”

In 3,000 square feet, there are five bedrooms (two of which are ensuite), and three additional bathrooms. A separate apartment for guests features a bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance, but the space could also be used as a studio or office space.

Interiors include an open floor plan, radiant heat and hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, and a claw foot tub in one of the bathrooms.

Sliding glass doors lead outside, where there’s a heated saltwater pool and patio space for lounging or dining.

In 2013, the property sold for $1,558,500.
