This 6,500-square-foot modern home has seven bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, designed by architect Andrew Pollack in 2017. Interior features include glass walls and oversized windows overlooking an open field, cedar walls, wide-plank quarter sawn white oak floors, and custom teak cabinetry in the kitchen.

The exterior living space consists of a 2,400-square-foot mahogany deck and a heated gunite pool with a double infinity edge.

155 Marine Boulevard: $200K

Built in 2005, this beach house is the only one featured that’s right on the ocean. In 2,500 square feet, there are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, an open floor plan, a fireplace in the living room, and a one-car garage. Outside, it doesn’t look like there’s a pool, but there is a hot tub and direct ocean access.

The largest—and oldest—home featured, this restored 1870s farmhouse stands 3,200 square feet in size with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Interiors include an open kitchen with a breakfast room, terraces, and a third story that could work as a guest suite or a den.

On over an acre of land, there’s also a yoga or entertaining barn, a new gunite pool, a 620-square-foot poolside terrace, a pool house with a deck and a pergola, and a newly-built two-car garage.
