Beauty and skin-care exec, Trish McEvoy, and her dermatologist husband, Ronald Sherman, have listed their Southampton mansion on Squabble Lane for $23.5 million, reports the Wall Street Journal.
The couple purchased the 2.4-acre property from Elena Ford back in 2000 for $5,495,000—an heiress of the Ford family and an executive at the Ford Motor Company. The home was built for Ford in 1998 by architect Preston T. Phillips.
Sited in the Murray Compound, the contemporary home has 8,500 square feet of living space and hosts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
The 6 Squabble Lane address is one of the few in the enclave that has deeded ocean access. While the property may not be oceanfront, it is waterfront on Wickapogue Pond and features views out to the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside, there are double-height ceilings and skylights in the living room, a fireplace, white interiors, and hardwood floors. Outside, there are expansive terraces, a pool, and space for dining and lounging.
