Originally asking $850K, it sold for $965K

When this Sag Harbor village fixer-upper landed on the sales market in November, we loved its charm, blue floors, and tiny square footage of only 700 square feet.

It looks like someone else saw the potential that this cottage had as well, as it has already sold and closed for higher than the original asking price.

The tiny two-story home at 11 Grand Street was originally asking $850,000 under Douglas Elliman real estate agent, Michael Daly, but sold for a higher $965,000. After just a month on the market, the quarter-acre property went into contract in December, and finally closed earlier this month.

Built in 1994, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, lots of counter space in the kitchen, skylights in the master bedroom, and a detached garage and gardens in the backyard.
