With just 1,200 square feet of living space, this is the smallest rental home that we’re featuring. It’s also the oldest—dating back more than two centuries to 1800. Inside the fully renovated home, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a bonus room. The master suite sits on the second level of the home.
For the entire summer, this rental will cost you $50,000, but if you’re only out east for part of the season, it’s asking $15,000 for just June, $17,500 for just July, and $22,500 for August to Labor Day.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, this Sag Harbor village home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Originally built in 1849 in a Gothic Revival style, the home has maintained period details such as the wide-plank hardwood floors and the four fireplaces throughout.
Outside, there isn’t a pool, but there is an outdoor patio and a covered front porch.
The home is available for $50,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day, $10,000 for just June, $16,000 for just July, $36,000 for July to Labor Day, or $20,000 for August to Labor Day.

The largest home that we’re featuring is 2,600 square feet in size on nearly a full acre of land, and unlike the previous two homes, it has a pool outside. However, the home is further away from the village, sited in the Noyack neighborhood of Sag Harbor.
Inside the renovated home, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, as well as a double-sided fireplace, an atrium, and spacious kitchen.
To rent for the entire season, this home will cost $50,000. If you’re looking to rent for just the month of July, the asking price is $25,000, while it would cost $40,000 to rent from July to Labor Day, or $30,000 to rent from August to Labor Day.
