The late Karin von Aroldingen’s Hamptons condo is now for sale under Corcoran Group Real Estate’s agent, James Peyton, for $1.15 million. Von Aroldingen was one of New York City Ballet’s most famous dancers, having performed many works by the esteemed George Balanchine.

The German dancer was even considered to be Balanchine’s muse. She passed away earlier this year in January at age 76. Her Manhattan apartment is also on the market for $4.5 million.

The 1,716-square-foot condo is Unit 4 at the Hampton Club compound, located at 545 Hampton Road in Southampton village. Inside, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings in the living room, and a wood-burning fireplace. A breakfast bar can be found in the chef’s kitchen, while the screened-in porch now serves as a formal dining room.

The first-level master suite has a private access to the exterior living space, which has a patio, and lush landscaping.

Residents of Hampton Club enjoy a community heated pool and an all-weather tennis court.
