Artist Savio Mizzi’s north-of-the-highway East Hampton home at 19 North Pass Road has recently cut its asking price and is now listed for $1,399,000 under Douglas Elliman real estate agents Justin Agnello, James Keogh, and Hara Kang. Built in 2014, the home went on the market May of last year for $1.65 million, and has slowly been reducing the asking price after its first cut in August.

In 4,500 square feet of living space, the turnkey home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, as well as a double-height living room, a first-floor master suite, and a finished lower level with 10-foot ceilings that’s currently acting as an artist’s studio.

Other features include radiant heated floors, a massive eat-in kitchen, and a marble tile-floored master bathroom with a stand-alone soaking tub and a glass-encased shower. Outside, one will find expansive decking and a two-car garage on the one-acre property located in the Landfall community sited along Gardiner’s Bay.

Mizzi purchased the property in 2013 for $835,000. As an artist, his work has been found on the covers of romance novels, in magazines, on movie posters, and even on stamps.
