The home still has some 19th-century period details

This 19th-century Bridgehampton home at 25 Quimby Lane has a classic Hamptons quality, built in a shingle style and holding on to some of the features from the original construction such as wide-plank hardwood flooring and window fixtures.

Standing 4,700 square feet in size with seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, the home is listed for $9.95 million under Saunders Real Estate agent Drew Green, and Corcoran Group Real Estate agent Mala Sander.

Inside, there are three above-grade floors, which would not be permitted if the structure were being built today. Other features include fireplaces in the living room and dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a screened-in porch that could operate as a dining porch or lounge. The master suite features two closets, a sitting room, and a bathroom with a private water closet and a spa tub.

Three guest bedrooms are located on the third floor.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t have too many photos of the interior—so we don’t get to see what the living room, kitchen, or master bathroom look like. However, the parts of the home that have photos on the listing look to be in decent shape.

Sited on over two acres of land, there’s a Har-Tru tennis court, gunite pool, brick patio, covered porch, and two accessory buildings (as the listing refers to them). One of the accessory buildings looks like a shed, and the other is a two-car garage.

The south-of-the-highway property is about a half-mile from the beach at Ocean Road Beach.
