Built in 1978, this North Haven home on an acre and a half of waterfront land went up for sale in the beginning of October for $11.95 million under Corcoran Group Real Estate agent Sandy Morell. After four months on the market, the bayfront home has taken over $1 million off the asking price, making it available for $10.5 million.

Standing 2,990 square feet, the ranch style home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms on one story. Interior features include cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a full basement.

The listing suggests an update or expansion of the new home, or tearing the home down to build a totally new structure.

Outside, there’s nearly 200 feet of water frontage, a two-car garage, a heated gunite pool, bluestone patios, and room for a dock. A permit is currently pending for a dock to be built.

Located at 27 Mashomuck Drive in the North Haven neighborhood of Sag Harbor, the property is just three miles from the village of Sag Harbor.
