What/Where: A Sag Harbor village traditional style home, built in 2014.
Size: 4,300 square feet, 0.46 acres.

Many of the Sag Harbor village homes that pop up for sale are old, restored homes from the 19th century with a love for period details. This traditional style home, however, was built in 2014—and this week, we’re having readers guess the asking price of the estate.

Standing 4,300 square feet in size on a half-acre of land, this home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, as well as an entry foyer, a fireplace in the living room, marble countertops in the kitchen, and a master suite located in what the listing describes as “private quarters” of the home.

On the finished lower level, one will find high ceilings, a bathroom, and a separate entrance.

Outside, there are bluestone patios, mahogany decking, a heated gunite pool, and a two-car garage.

It’s been listed for sale in the past, for right around the same asking price. The property was purchased in 2014 for $1,618,350, and the new construction went up the same year.
