A new construction on Kettle Hole Road in Montauk with water views over Fort Pond Bay and the Long Island Sound just hit the market with an asking price of $4,795,000. Sited on three-quarters of an acre of land, the home has hardwood floors, bright interiors, and French doors that lead to the exterior and allow natural light to pour over the main living spaces.

In 3,700 square feet of living space, the home is host to four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, as well as a second-level master suite with a walk-in closet, a gourmet kitchen, and a gas fireplace in the living room. On the third level of the home, there’s a lofted area and a rooftop deck with views over the water.

Outside, one will find a heated pool, two-car garage, and landscaping.

Though the home hasn’t been staged in the photos—and according to the listing it isn’t quite finished yet—the interiors look bright, and the hardwood floors and the white walls should make the home easily customizable by the new owner.

The property is represented by Saunders Real Estate agent, Chris Coleman.

Down the road at 53 Kettle Hole Road, artist Raphael Mazzucco’s unique home is listed for $4.35 million—that home is just slightly smaller and on a full acre, but a bit older.
