Located at 47 Sagg Main Street in south-of-the-highway Sagaponack, this week’s PriceSpotter is a renovated home from 1981 that originally served as a potato barn. For the full summer rental season from Memorial Day to Labor Day, this 2,200-square-foot home is asking $160,000.

For those looking for a shorter-term summer rental, it’s available for the month of June at $45,000, for just July at $55,000, and from August to Labor Day for $75,000.

Most of our readers were very close in the poll; 44 percent of readers guessed that the home was listed between $100,000 and $150,000—which is just under the asking price. Meanwhile, 19 percent of readers guessed correctly in the category of between $150,000 and $200,000.

Even more readers—22 percent—voted that they thought the asking price was under $100,000. Less than 10 percent guessed in the other two categories, of between $200,000 and $250,000, and over $250,000.

The three-bedroom, two-bath home features exposed beams, a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, in-ground pool, and traditional gardens on the nearly two-acre property. In addition, there’s a sleeping loft that could operate as a fourth bedroom for guests.
