Originally built in 1860 and restored in 2008, this Greek Revival at 11 High Street in Sag Harbor just listed for $3.85 million. It last sold in 2008 for $3.1 million, and before that in 2005 for $1.2 million.

Given its restoration, maintenance of period details, and its proximity to village shops and restaurants, $3.85 million looks like a good price for the Sag Harbor home.

The 158-year-old home stands 3,500 square feet. Inside, there are four bedrooms—all ensuite—as well as a finished lower level and a pool house with a full bathroom. While the home has been restored and updated, period details such as the wide-plank pine flooring, the four fireplaces, and the doors and moldings have all been maintained.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, period fencing surrounding the property, and decking.

The downside is that the property is only a quarter of an acre in size—and it’s already got a decent sized home, a pool, and a pool house on the property, so there isn’t much room for expansion. If entertaining a concern, the plot looks large enough to host smaller-scale gatherings.
