What/Where: A renovated barn in Sagaponack that is close to the highway, just south of the main road.
Size: 2,200 square feet, 1.77 acres.

With rental season in full swing, this week’s PriceSpotter is a summer rental, available for the length of the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Built in 1981, the 2,200-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition to the three bedrooms, the home also has a sleeping loft.

Once serving as a potato barn, this renovated home features exposed beams, wide plank hardwood floors, a white brick fireplace, a sun-filled entry, and window-paned doors that lead to the exterior. Outside, there’s a sunken patio for dining and lounging, gardens on the property, and a pool.

Though the property is technically south of the highway, it’s very close to the highway—but, it’s set back on a long driveway and hedged for privacy. The home is a little over two miles from the ocean at Sagg Main Beach.

We’re starting the poll at $100,000 for the whole summer season. If you think you can guess what the home is asking for single months at a time, feel free to leave a comment.
