The home of SiriusXM and Virgin media director, James Mooney, has cut its asking price by $1.5 million earlier this week, putting it on the market for $27.5 million. When the estate was available for sale back in December of 2014, it was asking $35 million—which put it on our list of the most expensive homes for sale in the Hamptons at the time.

After about a year up for sale, the home received its first $2.5 million price cut. Another year later, $3.5 million was taken off the asking price. With $1.5 million coming off the listing this time around, this is the least amount reduced in a single price change since coming on the market at the end of 2014.

Located at 370 Fowler Street in Southampton, the property was purchased in 2002 for $4.1 million before the 9,000-square-foot mansion that stands was built in 2006. Spanning 3.3 acres, the home has views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Jule Pond, sited among the dunes of Fowler Beach with 330 feet of direct ocean frontage.

Inside, the water views are maximized by stacked circular glass-encase bedrooms and waterview terraces off the second level.

There’s also an open floor plan, a double-height entry foyer, and a chef’s kitchen, while outside one will find an outdoor kitchen, a heated pool and spa, a pool house with a bathroom and kitchenette, and a private walkway down to the ocean.
