Oceanfront parcel in Bridgehampton in contract, last asking $24.9M

Yesterday we discussed the historic Villa Maria estate going into contract—but Villa Maria isn’t the only multi-million dollar property that’s recently found a buyer. The 1.4-acre parcel at 97 Mid Ocean Drive in Bridgehampton also has a pending offer after about five months on the market. Though the sale is not final yet, the property was last listed for $24.9 million under Bespoke Real Estate’s Zach and Cody Vichinsky.

The oceanfront property is capable of yielding a home around 10,000 square feet in size—in fact, it was also being offered with the plans in place for a contemporary glass house with an infinity pool, designed by Andre Kikoski and listed for $44.9 million.

Local developer Jay Bialsky was also in on the project, but the buyers decided to go with just the land for now.

During its time on the market, it was at one point the only oceanfront property available for sale in Bridgehampton. It’s also a rare opportunity for the buyers, as it can uniquely afford the building of a tennis court—which is rare for oceanfront properties in the area.

Site plans are provided below, which show how the land could be used if the buyer wanted to incorporate a tennis court.
