After having gone on the market in May of last year for $9.5 million, this century-old home in Wainscott’s Georgica Association just sold for $7,710,000 under Corcoran Group Real Estate agents Michael Schultz and Susan Ryan. The home is notably one of just 11 waterfront homes on the iconic road, with 200 feet of water frontage on Georgica Pond.

As part of the Georgica Association, the new resident will enjoy private tennis courts, a lifeguarded beach, and boat races.

The 2,700-square-foot traditional home has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, pond views, a wood-burning fireplace, a sun porch, and a room upstairs with glass walls that look out to the pond.
