Leslie Danzis—a jewelry designer who launched her first collection at 20 years old and whose lines have been in stores like Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Nordstrom—has listed her Quogue home for $1,895,000.

Located at 45 Old Depot Road, the shingled home spans 4,000 square feet in size on 0.44 acres of land. Inside the postmodern house, there are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, hardwood floors, a full basement, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and a master suite upstairs with dual closets and an office. The house was built in 2007.

Outside, there’s a free-form gunite pool, a brick patio, and a two-car garage.

According to PropertyShark records, Danzis purchased the property in 2009 for $999,999.

Sited north of Montauk Highway, the house is just 1 mile from the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, and about 4 miles from the ocean at Rogers Beach.

Douglas Elliman agent Lauren Spiegel represents the listing.
