This turnkey shingled traditional style home in south-of-the-highway Montauk has come on the market for $2.35 million.

On almost a half-acre of land, the 2,300-square-foot house includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a wraparound veranda, a recently renovated gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a fully finished basement with a bunk room and an entertainment area. Built in 1999, Bruce Nagle designed the home drawing inspiration from the iconic Seven Sisters houses in Montauk.

Unfortunately there isn’t a pool outside, but the grounds are professionally landscaped and there’s an outdoor shower and a one-car garage.

The property is about a mile from Montauk shops, restaurants, and ocean beaches.

PropertyShark records and the Zillow price history both indicate that the home was last sold in 2015 for $1.8 million—which was slightly above the $1,795,000 asking price. In 1995, the empty property sold for $100,000.

Douglas Elliman agents Linda and Kristin Mallinson represent the listing.
