Inspired by architect Ricardo Ligorreta, this modern Wainscott home with a stark white stucco exterior has sold for $4.25 million, according to data provided by Out East.

The Zillow price history shows that the 6,000-square-foot house came on the market for a slightly higher $4.45 million in April of this year and then saw a drop to $4.25 million in September. By October, a contract was signed.

Built in 1993, the house includes six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a glass fireplace in the double-height living room, a breakfast room off the large kitchen, and a finished lower level with a living room and marble bathroom.

The master suite is host to double walk-in closets and a unique bathroom with glass brick walls around the shower and next to the bath tub, allowing for plenty of light to pour in.

Outside, there’s a pool, covered and uncovered patio space, and an attached two-car garage on 0.92 acres of land.

Brown Harris Stevens agent Andrea Ackerman represented the listing.
