Originally built in 1895, the Southampton village estate at 75 First Neck Lane sold back in 1997 for $2.5 million and was renovated by the buyer. By 2012, the house was back on the market with an $18.25 million asking price, but that price dropped steadily over the next six years. Most recently, it was on the market with Sotheby’s International Realty agent Pat Petrillo for $12.4 million. It was co-listed with Corcoran Group agent, Tim Davis.

According to data provided by Out East, the 2-acre south-of-the-highway property has sold for $10,614,000.

The shingled residence spans 9,500 square feet in size with 10 bedrooms and 10 and a half bathrooms. Interiors boast a solarium, multiple fireplaces, a butler’s pantry off the gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a fully finished lower level with a gym, wine cellar, and staff suite.

Outside, one will find a pool, a north-south tennis court, and landscaped grounds with patios.
