Earlier this week, we had readers try to guess the asking price of a recently relisted shingled Gambrel in north-of-the-highway Bridgehampton. Listed with Susan Breitenbach from Corcoran Group, the house is on the market for $9.85 million, making around 34 percent of our readers correct.

The first and second levels span 7,200 square feet, while the finished lower level brings the total footprint up to 11,000 square feet. Interiors include eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and farm views throughout. There’s also a double-height entry, multiple fireplaces, and a private terrace off the second-floor master suite.

Outside, the 2-acre property has a heated gunite pool, tennis court, a cabana with a kitchenette, and lounging and dining space.

Located at 92 Day Lily Lane, the property is about 2.5 miles from Bridgehampton shops and restaurants.

In 2013, the empty lot was purchased for $2,085,000 and two years later the house was on the market for $11,995,000. What do you think of the price now that it’s been relisted? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
