Let’s see what this budget will get you in Sagaponack

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can buy or rent for a certain price in the Hamptons.

Today’s price: $20 million in Sagaponack, one of the most expensive zip codes in the United States.

209 Hedges Lane: $19.995M

The largest house that we’re featuring spans 13,000 square feet on 4.4 acres of land. The nine-bedroom, 11-bath house offers views over a reserve, a double-height paneled entry foyer, a chef’s kitchen, a wine cellar, and double master bedrooms. There’s also a finished lower level with a theater and game room, while outside one will find a pool, a pool house, a yoga studio, and a sunken tennis court.

550 Parsonage Lane: $19.995M

This spacious mansion is comparable in size with 12,000 square feet of living space, but the house is sited on a massive 10-acre plot of land. Inside the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom house, one will find coffered ceilings, wide-plank hardwood floors throughout, multiple fireplaces, and a private master suite with balconies at the front and rear of the house. Outside, there’s a gunite pool, tennis court, basketball half-court, and mature landscaping.

719 Daniels Lane: $19.995M

This modern house is the smallest house that we’re featuring (4,300 square feet), and it’s on the smallest property (0.75 acres). But, it’s the only one on this list that’s oceanfront. The modern retreat has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, ocean views throughout, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, a marble kitchen, and a spa-like bathroom in the master suite. Homeowners will enjoy a pool, covered decks outside, and private ocean access.

361 Sagaponack Road: $19.75M

There isn’t a house on this property, but there’s a lot of opportunity on this 10-acre plot of creekfront land. The water frontage leads straight into Sagaponack Pond, which is perfect for those who enjoy water sports.

490 Hedges Lane: $19.75M

This award-winning new-build spans 11,000 square feet over 2.3 acres of land. Inside, there are seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, five half-bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a double-height great room with beamed ceilings, and a master suite with a private balcony and dual bathrooms. Exterior features include a pool, pool house, and sunken tennis court.
