What/Where: A shingled Gambrel style home in Bridgehampton, north of the highway
Size: 7,200 square feet, 1.7 acres
This week’s PriceSpotter is a shingled traditional Gambrel in north-of-the-highway Bridgehampton, built in 2016. The 7,200-square-foot estate offers eight bedrooms and 11 and a half bathrooms, built by Pike Development. The house has three levels of living space, a double-height entry, a fireplace in the great room, and an eat-in kitchen with professional appliances.
The finished lower level—which adds another almost 4,000 square feet to the house’s footprint—hosts a wine cellar, a gym, a sauna, a media room, and an entertaining area with a bar and fireplace.
Outside, there’s a sunken tennis court, a heated pool, and a cabana with a kitchenette.
Located north of the highway, the nearly 2-acre property is less than a mile from Channing Daughters Winery and about 4 miles south of the Bridge Golf Club.
The property last sold as an empty lot back in 2013 for $2,085,000, and was once on the market for nearly $12 million back in 2015. We won’t reveal the asking price until Thursday, but we will say that it’s asking less than what it was three years ago.
