The famous Stuart’s Seafood Market in Amagansett has come on the market for $6,995,000, reports the New York Post.

This is the first time that the property has been available for sale in over 20 years, and it’s the only commercial property in a residential neighborhood in town. The new owners will get three buildings in the purchase: one commercial building and two residential structures. The 8,500-square-foot commercial building is host to a commercial kitchen, office space, fish and lobster holding tanks, and both cold and dry storage.

The listing suggests that the houses are used as staff housing. One house spans 1,800 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the other 1,000-square-foot home is host to two bedrooms and one bathroom.

According to the Post, only three families have owned Stuart’s Seafood Market since it opened for business in the ’50s. The store was famously used as the location for the photo shoot of Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, It’s All Good.

Corcoran Group agents Tracey Holmes and Randi Ball represent the listing.
