In Southampton village, the house at 20 Pelletreau Street has come back on the market after a full top-to-bottom renovation. According to the Zillow price history, the home sold earlier this year for $975,000—after the renovations, it’s now asking $2,195,000.

Originally built in 1934, the 1,600-square-foot house hosts three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The interiors are completely white from the floors, to the walls and the fireplace, up to the ceilings. Features include a wide open floorplan, custom built-ins, an eat-in kitchen with radiant heated floors, and French doors that lead outside.

The master suite is located on the first floor, offering glass doors that lead to the backyard and an ensuite bathroom with marble tile floors. The other two bedrooms are also ensuite.

It doesn’t look like the house was expanded at all during the renovation, but the listing claims that the Architectural Review Board has approved expansions if the new owner needs a bit more space. Sited on 0.12 acres of land, there is unfortunately no pool outside.

The property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Southampton train station and a half-mile from Main Street shops and restaurants.

Saunders Real Estate agents Lisa Bass, Lylla Carter, and Krae Van Sickle represent the listing.
