Brick Cove Marina, a 12-acre commercial property in Greenport that dates back to 1887, has come on the market for $8.8 million.

Located at 1760 Sage Boulevard, the marina is located on its own peninsula on the Peconic Bay about 3 miles west of the Greenport train station. The property includes 138 boat slips and multiple buildings, including an office, a workshop, a steel barn, a pool house, and several sheds.

There’a also a pool, three tennis courts, and a private bayfront beach spanning 680 linear feet. A single-family home can also be found on the property.

Daniel Gale agents Jennifer Place and Joann Wind represent the listing.

Zillow estimates the property is worth somewhere between $12.76 million and $16.91 million—but what do our readers think? We’re thinking the buildings, landscaping, and maybe the tennis courts and pool could need some work done to bring them up to date, but there are no interior photos on the listing.
