Originally built in 1897, this restored and renovated Hill Street home in Southampton village has come back on the market for $3.15 million. About a year ago, it was asking $3,495,000.

The 4,000-square-foot structure includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms on 1.1 acres of land. Interiors feature dark hardwood floors, bright white walls, multiple fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a first-floor master suite with a sauna. On the second level, there’s another master suite with a private balcony.

French doors lead outside, where one will find a heated gunite pool, a pool house, and a garage. According to the listing, all the furnishings are included with the sale of the home.

PropertyShark records indicate that the home last sold in 2015 for $1.5 million.

Across the street, 818 Hill Street is listed for $3,995,000. Built in 2001, that house is about the same size but on a larger 1.5-acre plot of land.

The property is 2 miles north of the ocean at Halsey Neck Beach, and about the same distance from Main Street shops and restaurants in Southampton village.

Corcoran Group agent Meegan Darby represents the listing.
