What/Where: An ivy-covered stucco house in Southampton village
Size: 4,500 square feet, 1.5 acres

For this week’s PriceSpotter, we want readers to try and guess the asking price of this Southampton village home with a pool and a tennis court on 1.5 acres of land. The builder’s own home has 4,500-square-foot home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, coffered ceilings, a large eat-in kitchen, and a master suite with radiant heated floors in the bathroom.

Other features include hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace in the living room, and glass French doors that lead outside. The exterior includes a heated gunite pool and sunken Har-Tru tennis court.

In 2013, the property sold for $4.9 million, and before that in 2002 as an empty lot for $810,000. We’re going to start the guessing at the most recently sales price.
