In the northwest area of Springs, a waterfront home located on the creeks by Maidstone Park went on the market for $3,995,000 back in June of 2017. After a little more than a year available for sale, the shingled waterfront retreat has found a buyer and gone into contract. It was most recently listed for $3.35 million.

Built in 2007, the home has 3,400 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms. Interiors of the post modern include coffered ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, walls of windows, water views, and a screened-in porch. There’s also stainless steel appliances in the eat-in kitchen and a fireplace in the master bedroom.

Outside, one will find a heated gunite pool, spa, outdoor shower, and professional landscaping on 1.2 acres of land. Water frontage on the creek leads into Gardiner’s Bay.

The property—located at 32 Folkstone Drive—is sited about 5.5 miles from East Hampton Main Street, and about 6 miles from Amagansett Main Street.

According to the Zillow price history, the property sold for $1.5 million in 2005 and the shingled house was completed two years later.
