After a little more than a year available for sale, the shingled waterfront retreat has found a buyer and gone into contract. It was most recently listed for $3.35 million.

The property—located at 32 Folkstone Drive—is sited about 5.5 miles from East Hampton Main Street, and about 6 miles from Amagansett Main Street.

According to the Zillow price history, the property sold for $1.5 million in 2005 and the shingled house was completed two years later.
