Oceanfront home on Meadow Lane in Southampton receives a $4M price cut

It’s the least expensive oceanfront home currently for sale on Meadow Lane

Curbed readers may remember that earlier this year, a 4.5-acre oceanfront parcel with a 5,535-square-foot mansion on Meadow Lane came on the market for just under $27 million. After seven months available for sale, the 1999 home has had its first price cut.

Nearly $4 million has come off the listing, and it is now asking $23 million with Douglas Elliman agent, Erica Grossman.

Located at 1580 Meadow Lane in Southampton, the home offers water views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay, an open floorplan, walls of windows, two levels of terraces, hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen, and fireplaces in the living room and the master suite. Outside, there is 240 feet of direct ocean frontage, a private walkway that leads to the beach, and a heated pool and spa.

Right now, the property is the least expensive oceanfront home available for sale on Meadow Lane, followed by a $27 million property with 3.7 acres of land and a 6,000-square-foot home at the 1860 address.
