Earlier this week, we had readers try to guess the asking price of a renovated creekfront home in the Westhampton Dunes that recently came on the market.

Listed for $3,495,000 with Douglas Elliman agent Enzo Morabito, nearly half of our readers were correct.

Built in 2000, the 3,180-square-foot home offers hardwood floors throughout, a double-height waterview living room with a wall of windows, a lofted living space, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a master suite with a private balcony.

Outside, there’s mahogany decking, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, a gunite pool, and a dock on the creek that leads into Moriches Bay.

In 2014, the 1.1-acre property sold for just over $2 million. Zillow estimates that the home value is right around the current asking price, so we’ll see how long it takes for this waterfront retreat to sell.
