Let’s see what this budget gets you in Greenport

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can buy or rent for a certain price in the Hamptons.

Today’s price: $2 million in Greenport.

645 Golf View Court: $1.895M

This home is actually in East Marion, but we loved the contemporary style and thought we’d squeeze the nearby house into the list. Sited on a decent 1.9 acres of land, the newly-built 7,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, an open floorplan, radiant heated concrete floors, and a wine cellar inside.

Outside, there’s a gunite pool, patio, a rooftop deck, hot tub, and room for a tennis court.

1710 & 1900 Gull Pond Lane: $1.79M

We love this log cabin-style home sited on a two-property compound. The two properties together at 1710 and 1900 Gull Pond Lane combine to form a total of 7.6 acres of land. Inside, there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a wood-burning stove in the living room, and an eat-in kitchen. There’s also a 1,092-square-foot accessory building. With nearly 8 acres of land, there’s plenty of room for expansion or building an additional house on the property.

1980 August Lane: $1.399M

Built in 2013, this two-bedroom, three-bath house is sited on 7.56 acres of land. Features include a stone fireplace in the living room, hardwood floors throughout, high cathedral ceilings, an open floorplan, and a timber frame. There’s no pool, but there’s plenty of room to add one.

330 Snug Harbor Road: $1.35M

The only waterfront property that we’re featuring is unfortunately the smallest piece of land, spanning just 0.29 acres. Standing 3,600 square feet in size, the 1986 contemporary has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and was renovated in 2010. Homeowners will enjoy a deeded deep water dock and a boat slip outside.

170 Rockcove Court: $1.275M

This Greenport property is also on the smaller side with 0.69 acres. Built in 2007, the nearly 4,000-square-foot house offers four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, an eat-in gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, a screened-in porch, and master suites on both the first and second levels. Homeowners will be a part of the Sound Beach Community.
