It was asking $15M a year ago

We’ve featured the pondfront Sagaponack home at 443 Sagg Road a few times in the past: Once when it came on the market back in 2016 for nearly $15 million, and then again about a year ago when it relisted for the same price.

Shortly after relisting, the price went down to $13.75 million. Now, almost a year later, its received another price cut. Under Bespoke Real Estate, the property is on the market for $11,995,000.

Originally built in 2007, the home sold for $5.2 million in 2014 and the current owner renovated the 6,100-square-foot home. Inside, there are six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, three fireplaces, and marble countertops in the kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite offers a fireplace, private balcony, and large bathroom.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, a covered porch, a koi pond, private dock on Sagg Pond, and 300 feet of water frontage.

In the past, our readers have thought that the $15 million asking price was too high. Now that it’s under $12 million, what do our readers think? Do you think the price will entice a buyer? Tell us in the comments.
