What/Where: A renovated waterfront home in the Westhampton Dunes.
Size: 3,180 square feet, 1.1 acres.

For this week’s PriceSpotter, we’re having Curbed readers try and guess the listing price for a totally renovated creekfront home in the Westhampton Dunes.

Originally built in 2000, the renovated home offers 3,180 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Inside, new homeowners will enjoy a double-height living room with vaulted ceilings and water views, hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen, and a master suite with a marble bathroom and a private balcony.

Mahogany decking, a covered outdoor kitchen, a gunite pool, a fire pit, and a creekfront dock are all situated outside.

Four years ago in 2014, the 1.1-acre property sold for just over $2 million. Since it’s been totally renovated and the interiors look brand new, we’re going to start the guessing at $3 million.

The home is right near Cupsogue Beach County Park, and about 5.5 miles from Westhampton Beach shops and restaurants on Main Street.
