Outside, there’s plenty of space to entertain, lounge, and dine. Homeowners will enjoy a gunite pool and spa, two grills, a gas pizza oven, two outdoor showers, a three-car garage, and an additional one-car garage.
The property is sited 2.5 miles south of Bridgehampton shops and restaurants.

The Zillow price history claims that the property was purchased in 1993 for $3.3 million, and PropertyShark has the most recent purchase date in 1997 with a $1.9 million closing price listed. Sotheby’s could not confirm the purchase information.
