In East Hampton’s Northwest Woods, an updated contemporary style home from 1980 is asking $1,375,000.

According to the Zillow price history, the house sold back in 2008 for $1.3 million, then went on the market in 2011 with a lower asking price of $1.15 million. Eventually the listing was removed, and more recently in May the property relisted for $1,399,000.

Inside 2,500 square feet, there are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, a wide open floorplan, hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sliding doors off the living room and master suite lead out to a deck with a heated pool. The finished lower level hosts the one-car garage and has a separate entrance.

Located in a private beach community, 62 Landfall Road is sited close to Gardiner’s Bay beaches and about a mile north of Cedar Point County Park.
