A stylish beach cottage in Springs that went on the market earlier this month quickly found a buyer and went into contract after just three weeks. According to the Zillow price history, the shingled East Hampton house was listed for sale on November 6, and has been pending a sale since November 26.

Most recently asking $1,095,000 with Halstead Real Estate agent Timothy Burch, the house includes 1,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Built in 2006, features include a wide open floorplan, hardwood floors, and high vaulted ceilings in the main living area. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace, a screened-in porch, and French doors off the master suite.

There’s not a pool, but the 0.42-acre property has room to add one. Outside, one will find a 280-square-foot artist’s studio, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit.

Located at 3 Ingalls Road, the property is just steps from a private community beach on Three Mile Harbor, and about a half-mile from Moby’s restaurant. According to PropertyShark records, the property was last purchased in 2004 for $535,000.
