What/Where: A tiny waterfront cottage in the Lazy Point section of Napeague.
Size: 900 square feet, 0.23 acres.

An adorable waterfront cottage in Napeague has just come on the market, and we want our readers to try and guess the asking price. Spanning just 900 square feet, the tiny house includes just two bedrooms and one bathroom—but after a recent renovation, the space feels roomy with an open floorplan and high beamed ceilings.

Features include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances in the updated kitchen, and French doors that lead to a waterview deck outside.

Originally built in 1958, the house sold back in 2010 for $725,000 and the new owners renovated the interiors.

While we won’t reveal an address quite yet, we will tell readers that the waterfront home is located on Napeague Harbor, just over 1 mile from Napeague State Park.
