Now that Thanksgiving is over, radio stations are playing Christmas music regularly and it’s beginning to really feel like the holiday season. And just in time, a Christmas tree farm on the North Fork has come on the market for $2,499,000.

Spanning 27.9 acres—22.7 of which are used exclusively for Christmas trees—the property includes a 1,800-square-foot farmhouse, an 8,000-square-foot commercial Morton building, and four irrigation wells.

Inside the residential farmhouse, there are three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a living room, eat-in kitchen, and hardwood floors.

According to the listing, the mixed-use property has between 15,000 and 20,000 planted trees on the property, and about 4,000 of those are ready for the holiday. The estimated yearly real estate tax is $22,320.

The property is located at 30105 Main Road in Cutchogue. Douglas Elliman agent Thomas Uhlinger represents the listing.
