A renovated modern home from 1969 located right between East Hampton and Sag Harbor came on the sales market in September for $699,000—and after just over a month available for sale, the home has found a buyer and is currently in contract.

Originally built in 1969, the compact 1,000-square-foot home now features light hardwood floors, white walls, cathedral ceilings, a wide open floorplan, and a wall of windows off the living and dining space. Inside, there are three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half-bathroom.

Sited on a half-acre of land at 463 Sag Harbor Turnpike, there is room to expand or add a pool outside. Right now, a deck off the living room provides space for outdoor dining, lounging, and entertaining.

Before it was available for sale, it was listed for rent. In 2015, the property sold for $561,000, and before that it sold in 2008 for $494,400. Kristine Gaudy from Hamptons Realty Group represents the listing.
