Technically the 1.76-acre property is in Bridgehampton. But it’s in north-of-the-highway Bridgehampton, about 4 miles north of village shops and restaurants. Located at 1197 Noyac Path, the property is less than a mile from Noyac Hill County Park, and a 2-mile drive from the Bridge Golf Club.

Designed by Jason Thomas Architects, the new-build features eight ensuite bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, wide open living spaces, multiple fireplaces, and a finished lower level with full-height ceilings and a glass room that, according to the listing, could be either a gym or a wine cellar.

The exterior offers a pool and spa, pool house, and covered decks for dining and lounging.

In 2016, the property sold for $1,386,875, which was higher than the $1,299,000 asking price. Susan Breitenbach from Corcoran represents the listing.

Town & Country’s agent, Linda Batiancela, represented the listing back in April when it first came on the market, at which time it was asking $6,995,000. It more recently has received a cut in price.
