Back in the summer of 2017, the newly-built house at 364 Brick Kiln Road in Sag Harbor landed on the sales market for $6.25 million with Sotheby’s International Realty. Eventually, the house relisted with Saunders Real Estate agent Terry Cohen, and after just over a year available for sale, has sold for $5.4 million.

The 3.65-acre property received several changes in price during its time on the market, but was most recently asking $5,695,000.

Inside the 6,050-square-foot estate, there are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a double-height living room with a wall of windows, hardwood floors throughout, a butler’s pantry off the kitchen, and a master suite with five rooms. The master includes a bedroom, a sitting room with a fireplace, a radiant-heated marble bathroom, a dressing room, and a walk-in closet.

Outside, there are multiple accessory buildings. A three-story, three-car garage includes an upper level with a kitchenette and full bathroom, while a workshop and laundry room are on the lower level. There’s also a pool house with a powder and dressing room.

The exterior also features a heated gunite pool and spa, and there’s room for a tennis court.
