The most expensive property that we’re featuring is actually an empty plot of land in Quogue on the market for $6.3 million. The waterfront parcel spans 6.45 acres off a private lane. According to the listing, it’s one of the “largest open bay waterfront parcels remaining.”

Listed for $5,999,999, this 6,664-square-foot estate designed by architect Stuart Disston has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom on over an acre of land.
