A beautiful mansion in North Haven that came on the sales market in August for $4,395,000 has gone into contract after just three months available for sale and no changes in asking price.

Built in 2008, the house spans a sizable 8,200 square feet with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms inside. Though the estate doesn’t look like it’s that size from the exterior, the square footage is including the finished lower level and a legal guest suite sited above the three-car garage.

Features include a total of five fireplaces, heated walnut floors throughout, a screened-in porch, and French doors that lead to a mahogany deck. There’s also a billiards room on the first level and a second-floor master suite with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom with marble countertops. Downstairs, the new homeowners will enjoy a gym, home theater, and a tunnel that leads from the basement to the three-car garage.

An outdoor kitchen, a heated saltwater gunite pool and spa, and professional landscaping can all be found outside.

Saunders Real Estate agents Jon Vaccari and Terry Cohen represent the listing.

According to the Zillow price history, it listed for sale in 2008 for $5.25 million. PropertyShark records indicate that it was last purchased in 2013 for $3,945,000. What do our readers think it will close for? Tell us in the comments.
