The shingled waterfront home on Gardiner’s Bay at 11 Bianco Road in East Hampton’s Northwest Woods has sold for $4.2 million according to Out East.

In 2000, the 0.82-acre property sold for $1.03 million before the house was built in 2004. Earlier this year in August, the house went on the market for $4.2 million and, according to the Zillow price history, almost immediately went into contract just 10 days later. Earlier this week, the property sold and closed for the most recent asking price.

In 4,100 square feet of living space, there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, water views throughout, coffered ceilings and a fireplace in the living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a second-floor master suite with a private balcony, double walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom. A finished lower level hosts a rec room and temperature-controlled wine cellar, while outside, homeowners will enjoy an outdoor shower and attached three-car garage.

Saunders Real Estate agent Dick Baker represented the listing.

The property is about 1.5 miles from Cedar Point County Park, and about 6 miles from East Hampton village shops and restaurants.
